1. What is Delivery Squad?

Delivery Squad is the best way to order food online. We're here to help you easily find and order delicious food from your favorite restaurants so you can get back to your busy life. We've modernized food ordering to provide you the convenience, control, and accuracy of ordering online. No more pamphlets, paper menus, or repeating yourself on the phone.

You can now conveniently find the restaurants you want, place a pickup or delivery order online and send it electronically to our partner restaurants. You can pay with cash, credit card, debit card(*must have mastercard/visa logo) online or in person upon delivery.


2. What if I need to cancel or modify my order after I have placed it?

Don’t panic! The squad’s got your back! Please contact us directly at management@deliverysquad.ca to modify or cancel your order. Cancellation is dependent on if the restaurant has already made the food. Chat with us and we will see if cancellation can be made possible.


3. Is there a delivery fee or minimum purchase required to make an order?

Each of our partner restaurants determine their own delivery fees and/or order minimum. This can be viewed for each restaurant after you’ve entered your address and a list of available restaurants and their associated delivery fees will appear.


4. How do I get my favorite restaurant featured on Delivery Squad website?

Please email us to let us know which restaurant you have in mind: mailto:management@deliverysquad.ca

It would also be great if you tell the restaurant's owner or manager about Delivery Squad and that you would like them featured on the website.


5. How do I sign up my restaurant?

Interested in featuring your restaurant on Delivery Squad? Please send us your contact information to management@deliverysquad.ca and we will have a member of our team get back to you right away.
